Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Notice:
24-Hour Notice Required: To avoid any cancellation fees, please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer your slot to other clients who may be waiting.
Late Cancellations:
Within 24 Hours: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 25% of service cost.
No-Show: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, a fee of 50% will be charged.
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling Notice: I understand that emergencies and unexpected events occur. If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your new preferred time.
Exceptions:
I may make exceptions to this policy in cases of emergency or other extenuating circumstances. Please contact me directly to discuss any special considerations.
Payment:
Fees for late cancellations or no-shows will be charged to the credit card on file or may be billed separately.

Return Policy
All products purchased in store or online directly from Embrace Esthetics are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Embrace Esthetics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered.
Embrace Esthetics is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.
Embrace Esthetics is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.
